My policy is to send only plants I would want to receive. I work alone, all the propagating, shipping and even the web site is done by me. Such small hands on operations has its plus's and minuses. On the good side your insured very nice plant material which will be well packaged for transit. The other side of the story is there are reduced numbers and potential delays during peak seasons. Having owned retail stores my attempt is to treat as much as possible on line sales as personable as possible. Cheers-Marc
